With over a decade of experience and deep industry roots, we help manufacturers navigate the complexities of buyer-seller agreement negotiations, program and item setups, EDI and shipping requirements, and dispute and payment reconciliation. Our mission is to bridge the gap between manufacturers and national retailers, enabling long-term success and profitability for both parties.

Founded in 2011 by Gary Lewis, a former Home Depot executive with 28+ years of experience overseeing retail and tool rental programs, our team combines unparalleled industry knowledge and expertise. Alongside Gary, our leadership includes Ian Lewis, whose background in IT, finance, and retail ensures smooth operations, and Tom McCormick, a pioneer in tool rental programs, who brings decades of insight into both rental and retail sectors.
